This GENIUS Toddler Hack Will Buy You At Least 30 Minutes In The Supermarket

The Cheerios Necklace: our new favourite fashion accessory

Looking for a way to keep a small child occupied while you shop; board an airplane or sit through a wedding? Let us introduce the Cheerios necklace; a surefire method for keeping little fingers busy for at least 30 minutes.

Blogger Lenya of Raising Matilda posted these cute pics of her little girl munching away for over AN HOUR while she browsed.

“Not only was Matilda concentrating to get to those Cheerios, she was practicing her fine motor skills along the way.” she said.

Made from wholegrain oats, Cheerios dissolve easily in the mouth, making them a handy snack for babies ages nine months or older.

To make your own Cheerios necklace, thread some string through as many cereal pieces as you require and tie in a large loop. We know we probably don’t need to remind you but the Cheerios necklace should only be given to a child under constant adult supervision.
