It allows mums to fill the 'experience' section of their Linkedin profile with the important title of 'mother' and 'The Pregnancy Pause' is listed as the organisation.
Prospective employers who click the link will find a page that explains how maternity leave policies in the U.S. often make mothers feel forced to leave their jobs.
