Imaginosity’s Ready Steady Grow
Who says education can’t be fun? Join crazy Dr.Osity from Imaginosity at their body science show; a fully interactive performance focusing on the magic of the body and how it works. From the brain and the skeletal system to your muscles and skin, Dr. Osity will work with the audience in a fun, unique way to help children learn all about their bodies through the mediums of song, movement and science! Afterwards visit the Imagination Playground, where children can create and build a wonderland with larger-than-life-size spongy shapes.
Monsters of Schlock
These Canadian entertainers have sold out shows internationally as ‘The World’s Most Extreme Two Man Circus Sideshow Comedy Magic Extravaganza’, so Dublin audiences are in for a real treat. In the past year their madcap stunts have been broadcast on television to millions of viewers and they’ve even been showcased in the Ripley’s: Believe It or Not compendium, with multiple Guinness World Records. The performance is as mad as it is gruesome and the kids will absolutely love every minute of it.
Just Eat Street
If the cook in your house fancies a day off, bring your hungry brood to Just Eat Street where you can enjoy over 15 cuisines from around the world. Chill in the sunshine while the Just Eat Waiter Service takes and delivers your food orders! Bliss.
Face the judges at Kid’s Court
The Kid’s Court is always a popular stop, but this time it is even messier, meaner and more mischievous than ever! Children can put their parents on trial, but be warned; you may be sentenced to a custard-pie-in-the-face or a bucket of iced water thrown as punishment.
PET-acular with DSPCA & Purina
The DSPCA will be on hand with advice on how to get your pooch to behave. The Purina crew will also be in-site with a range of pet food samples and vet to offer advice on your pet’s health… and there’s even a photobooth to have your photo taken with Felix. Look out for the Scruff’s Dog Show and Adoption Parade too… you might meet your future canine companion!
Take the Birdbrain Quiz with Dustin the Turkey
The Super Trooper Tent welcomes Ireland’s favourite bird and national hero, Dustin the Turkey (this year’s Festival Ambassador) for a face-off against brave families this year. He describes himself as many things, a builder, a singer, a genius, but is it fair to say he’s at the top of his GAME? Join Dustin and co-host Francie Boylan from RTE’s The Den for the Birdbrain Quiz.
Positive Mental Fitness for all the family with Pat Divilly
Pat Divilly, Irish fitness expert and transformation coach is coming to Laya Healthcare’s City Spectacular to share the benefits of mental fitness and positivity. Keeping your brain healthy is just as important as physical fitness and it should never be neglected, so get ready to challenge your brain and learn exercises the whole family can do, for sharper minds and healthy bodies!
