We’ve all been there.

Trying to get our toddlers to stay in bed at bedtime – and then proceeding to put them back the 60-odd times they get back up again.

Fun times.

It is, however, a comfort to know that as parents, we are all in the same boat. Even celebrities.

Vogue Williams recently admitted to her thousands of social media followers that she was having problems getting Theodore, her two-year-old, to go to sleep at night, and that it was really starting to take its toll.

However, the internet being the internet, delivered, of course, and the radio DJ’s followers had tons of nifty parenting tips and tricks for her to try.

To give her followers an update on how the whole sleeping saga was going, Williams took to her Instagram stories to share an update recently.

The mum-of-two shared:

“I can’t believe how easily T went down tonight for the first time in forever! So I read him books as I always do.”

And then she continued:

“Then told him he could keep his red Mini inside all day tomorrow if he didn’t cry. I also cut his nap to 90 minutes and put nursery rhymes on the Apple Homepod in this room! Haven’t heard a peep!”

Thanking her followers for their advice, the 35-year-old wrote:

“Thank you for those tips. I can be happy I still have the nap in my life! Let’s see if he stays in bed all night. Ahhhh I really hope so!”
