WATCH: These kids talk being bold and how easy it is to trick parents

"Some times I get bold when I get hungry" – never a truer word was spoken.

Sophie White

These Irish kids have a hilarious take on the dreaded being bold.

When asked to give a definition of being bold:

“Bold is when you get in an angry mood and then you go cray cray, and then you punch the wall and it hurts your fist, and then you get more angry and then you cry and go to bed” – lovin’ the use of cray cray here.

On whether or not it’s easy to tricks adults:

“My mum and dad? They’re simple to trick but the teacher…hmmmmm” strokes chin while thinking.

On Punishment:

“My mum gives out to me and gives me a lot of tickles and her tickles are killers.”

On the question of what’s the boldest thing you ever did most of the kids were reticent though one ‘fessed up to some boldness on his friend’s behalf:

“You ate cheese that wasn’t yours”, he whispers.
