It’s easy to be brave when you’re a toddler. Steep hills; busy roads, even huge, threatening wild animals pose no real danger when you don’t know the risks.
Luckily Zari the lioness was safely behind thick glass when this little boy dropped by to say hello. The video, which has been watched more than two million times, was shot at the El Paso Zoo by Education Curator Rick Lobello.
Watch as the powerful lioness playfully paws at the barrier between them, much to the amusement of the little boy who is blissfully unaware that, had this encounter happened in the wild, he may have been dinner.
