Sometimes you want to keep your pregnancy under wraps
Despite the often overwhelming joy you may feel, in the early days, you may just want to wait things out until you have more details about the baby.
Whatever your reason it’s truly up to you and no one else’s business why you may want to keep things hidden.
If you’re someone who wants to keep things quiet for a while, here are a few ways you can do that.
Wear slightly oversized clothing

Go up a size or two when buying clothes.
Now this doesn’t have to mean your clothes are completely hanging off you, balance an oversized top, like a billowy shirt or tunic, with fitted jeans, leggings or tights.
On top of this looser clothing can be more comfortable.
Disguise your midsection
Maybe opt for a shift dress as thanks to its straight shape it won’t accentuate your middle.
Similarly, a ruched top will help with camouflage with its extra fabric. As your bump grows, rely on layers and add a cardigan or scarf to your look.
Distract the eye

Hiding your pregnancy could be the perfect time to try out a new look. Try fabrics in bold patterns and statement accessories, like a necklace or belt.
Snack often to avoid nausea
Many expecting mothers will experience nausea.
Morning sickness typically peaks at the nine-week mark during most pregnancies. Try stocking your desk with fresh fruit and dry crackers as it may help to curb nausea throughout the day.
Sip mocktails or plan an excuse

When meeting a friend for a drink or meal, order a mocktail or opt for a fizzy drink instead.
If your friend decides to question your decision go for the trusty I’m doing dry (insert month here) or just that you want to cut back for health reasons – a massive trend these days.
Even offer to be the designated driver for the night.
