Noah is no longer the number one baby boy’s name
The top baby boys’ names of 2023 have been revealed and people will be surprised to see Noah has been knocked off the top spot.
Muhammad is officially the most popular name for baby boys in England and Wales, according to the Office for National Statistics.
Muhammad has been featured in the most popular baby name lists since 2016 but has beaten Noah to the top spot.
Noah placed second and Oliver was the third most popular name for boys.
Muhammad is of Arabic origin and means ‘praiseworthy’.
Other names in the top 10 included George, Luca, Teddy, Finley, and Archie.
