Trying to sleep on your stomach is one thing many pregnant people have to bid farewell to because it just isn't possible. Until now... One man has gone viral after sharing the clever sleep hack he created for his pregnant wife. Tony Lopez, from Dallas, has gone viral after posting a TikTok of the hack that helps his wife sleep on her stomach despite being pregnant. The husband, who runs the @luxuryrenovation page, simply cut a hole in their mattress so his wife can lie down on her stomach. How did we never think of this? Tony explained, "It's a memory foam mattress so I just cut a hole out of it. It works wonders," he said.

His followers were quick to praise him and hailed the idea 'genius'. One wrote, "I need this! I'm a belly sleeper and I can't sleep on my sides." Another said, "I'm so jealous of this. Heavily pregnant and need this right now." One added, "My husband did the same. I love him for it." However, many people urged his followers not to do the same unless they're certain the mattress doesn't contain fiberglass. Fiberglass is made up of reinforced plastic and glass. It can be dangerous if you're directly exposed to it. According to Sleepopolis, fiberglass in your mattress won't harm you unless the cover is damaged or removed. However, if it gets out "it can wreak havoc on your house and your health".
