Body Project Green Smoothie (1 serving)
Ingredients:
225ml water
90g chopped cucumber
2 packed cups of spinach
1/2 avocado
175g strawberries
1/2 banana
1 apple (de-pipped!)
1 cup of ice
juice 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon of organic honey (optional)
Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, flax seeds or ground nuts for a serving of healthy fats (optional)
To prepare: Pack everything into your blender and blitz until smooth
