The 5 Bikini Body Blitz Commandments
1. Ditch any foods that your grandmother would not recognise as a food.
2. Ditch any foods that contain ingredients you don’t recognise.
3. Avoid pre-prepared meals.
4. If eating out during your program, choose the cleanest, most natural looking meal you can.
5. Never eat until you are full. Too much of a healthy food is still too much.
