Charity took revenge to a new level on tonight’s Emmerdale

What even was that?!

Not what you would expect from a soap of a Friday evening.

We all knew Charity Dingle was a bit of a wagon but honest to God, that was next level.

Tonight’s episode of Emmerdale saw her and Debbie finishing up their revenge plan against Joseph Tate and things took a serious turn.

The pair broke back into the home he had evicted Debbie from with the intention of trashing the place.

They did just that before police got in and arrested them, but not before Charity was able to “leave a message,” as she put it.

The message in question? We don’t quite know how to explain it, other than to say she went number two on the floor of the house.

“You might want to leave it five minutes before you go in there,” she told Joseph as she walked out.

*Mic drop*

Twitter reacted fairly appropriately, with most fans finding the whole thing hilarious.

That has to be up there with one of the oddest soap moments of the year and it’s only the beginning of January.
