Every time a toddler learns a new skill, it’s a moment of pride for their parents.

To help tick one off the list, Louise Thompson has kindly shared an incredible coat hack that her son’s nursery taught her.

The social media personality shares her two-year-old son, Leo, with her partner, Ryan Libbey.

The ‘Made In Chelsea’ alum showed her toddler successfully applying the simple must-try hack, adding that parents can ‘thank’ her later for the tip.

Both you and your toddler will enjoy their newfound independence

“Does anyone else struggle to get their toddler in a coat?” the caption says.

“Well look no further. Thank me later.”

Louise, who has upwards of 70,000 followers on her account (@louiseptsd), shared the clip of Leo effortlessly putting on his coat.

“Our nursery taught us this genius hack to try at home,” the text in the clip reads.

The video starts with the jacket spread open on the floor, with her partner encouraging Leo to put his arms into the sleeves.

“And then over the head,” Ryan can be heard saying to his son partner said as he encouraged the toddler to lift the coat.

Leo proceeds to bring the jacket up over his head and over his back.

“Yay, good boy! You did it, you did it, clever little sausage,” he beams, while giving his son a kiss and handing him a snack.

Louise captured the sweet moment on camera, where Leo can be seen visibly proud of his achievement.
