Kathryn Thomas has issued an update after her little girl underwent surgery
Presenter, Kathryn Thomas, has spoken out after her daughter underwent surgery after injuring herself quite badly.
The ‘Operation Transformation’ host revealed her daughter is thankfully now home.
She told her followers that it has been an incredibly stressful time.
“We are home, and I just wanted to come on and say thank you so much for all your messages. They were actually keeping me sane in there.
“She’s there watching The Snail and the Whale, not a bother on her, so [we’re] just going to keep an eye on her for the next 24 hours,” she said.
She took some reassurance from her followers, who have been through similar experiences before.
“So many of you’ve been through it, and that feeling of when they go under a general anesthetic, having to hold them until they go floppy in your arms and then walk out.
“It goes against everything as a parent that you’re supposed to do, but she was in the greatest care,” she added.
The mum explained that her little girl had a bad fallback in April. She broke three of her front teeth and one was injured extremely badly.
Kathryn said she needed surgery to repair one of her teeth and that is why they were in hospital.
“She had a fall back in April and broke her 3 little front teeth, 1 very badly up into the gum, which we’re now getting fixed.”
We’re so glad Kathryn’s daughter is doing better.
