Mrs Hinch, aka Sophie Hinchliff, revealed that members of her family are going through some health issues at the moment and that is taking her full attention.
In the video where she's seen getting very emotional, she said: "My dad is in hospital at the moment, guys."
She said he has "never been blessed with fantastic health".

Instagram followers that she is remaining hopeful for her father’s health.
She said: "Dad is in very, very safe, amazing hands. The nurses, you are incredible.
"So, I’m hoping that one day this week, he can do what he really enjoys doing again. I just want my Dad home."
Mrs Hinch’s grandmother is also in hospital after experiencing a fall.
She told her fans: "My Nan is also in hospital, bless her heart. She’s had a fall.
"I know for a fact with my Nan, this will affect her quite a lot mentally."
The influencer became very emotional as she spoke about how the health of her beloved dad and grandmother has been affecting her.
Fans were quick to send messages of support with many commenting on her recent posts wishing her father and grandmother well.
