Stacey Solomon said she couldn’t believe this happened to her.
Stacey Solomon experienced a humbling moment after she fell off her treadmill in the gym. The mum-of-five was attending a gym class when she fell off the treadmill.
However, when she fell off the machine her leggings got caught in it.
Stacey told her followers: “One minute I was running on the treadmill like a gazelle and then the next minute the treadmill was dragging me down the floor by my leggings and I’d like fallen over but as I fell the treadmill was still going around on my leggings… Like stripped me naked in front of the whole class.”
“I had a thong on and my leggings were just going down and down until they were right around my ankles and my sister who was next to me on her treadmill pulled the emergency cord and I was just laid on the treadmill with my full arse in front of everyone.”
The mum said her fellow gym-goers ignored what happened because they didn’t want to embarrass her even further.
“I can’t believe I just carried on through my shame,” she said.
Stacey said the experience was “really humbling”.
