But guess what, there is a trick that even makeup artists use, and it actually works!
What you need: Your favourite eyeliner and a compact mirror.
What you do: Place the mirror on top of a steady surface that’s lower than you (like a desk) and look down to see where you want to draw your line. The reason being that this will give you a tighter line and ensure that there aren’t any telltale gaps. But if you think that’s weird, here comes the real trick: Clench your toes (really!) and swipe on liner as you normally would.
Why it actually works: Maybe it’s just in our minds, but there’s something about clenching your toes that steadies the rest of you, namely your hands.
Some things just can’t be explained, in fairness, but you need to try this one for yourself! We were more than a little blown away by the sleek, even lines on both sides!
