They were performing their On The Run II set in Phoenix, Arizona, when DJ Khaled came to the stage for what he called 'best part of the night'. Khaled announced that a student in the crowd would be winning a college scholarship to the value of $100,000. Casual. "On The Run II tour will acknowledge an extraordinary individual making a difference in this world," he said to the crowd. "Tonight a student will receive a $100,000 On The Run II scholarship presented by the queen herself, Beyonce, and also the king, Jay Z." After a few moments, it was announced that Mikayla Lowry would be receiving the money. "I'm so grateful, this is crazy," Mikayla said, reacting to the news. "I didn't even expect this - I'm shaking!"
