Louise Cooney has welcomed her first child.
The ‘Open Book’ podcast host and her long-term partner, Mark Sweeney, became first-time parents on November 7th.
The couple, who chose to wait until their baby’s birth to find out the gender, welcomed a son named Jude.
Taking to Instagram to announce the arrival of their baby, Louise shared a snap of the family of three and wrote:
“Jude 07.11.23. You have changed our world forever. We are so in love.”
The social media personality shared earlier this year that her due date was November 7th, which was later changed to November 2nd after another scan.
However, their baby arrived on their original due date of November 7th, the same day as his father Mark’s birthday.
The couple began dating back in 2020 and revealed they were expecting earlier this year in May.
Ahead of her son’s birth and after reaching week 40 of her pregnancy, Louise took to her stories to update her 232,000 followers about how ready she was for her baby’s arrival and detailed how she was spending the remainder of her pregnancy.
“It’s a waiting game now. I’m sore, tired & uncomfortable but soooo ready & excited to meet our little one whenever they decide to make their entrance.”
Congratulations to Louise and her family!
