We’ve all been there – out on the tear, roll home and into bed with a bag of chipper, your alarm goes off after what feels like three minutes of sleep and you have to somehow get up, make it into work and put down your eight hours.
It’s sick but has to be done, so our sincerest sympathies go out to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield today.
The This Morning presenters made a moment of telly gold two years ago after the 2016 National Television Awards when they hosted the show looking a bit worse for wear.
Anyone tuning in today might well expect a repeat of that as the show picked up the Best Daytime Show award.
Let’s just say viewers are looking forward to it.
