This is a bit mental, lads.
Met Éireann has just issued a new Status Red weather warning.
It says that the warning will stay in place until Friday, March 2 in Leinster and Munster.
According to Met.ie: “Blizzard like conditions will develop in heavy snow and strong easterly winds.
“Thursday evening and will continue Thursday night and Friday morning giving significant snow drifts in many areas.

And in Dublin, Kildare, Louth, Wicklow and Meath: “Heavy overnight snowfall has lead to accumulations of snow between 5 and 10 centimetres. Snow showers will continue to occur during today and again tonight with further accumulation.
“Total snowfall up to midday Thursday may reach 25 centimetres.”
