You’re a mum now, congrats. Now, how the hell do you do all of this exactly?
It is a pretty daunting experience when you are handed this squealing bundle of cute and expected to not only keep it alive but help baby thrive, encourage healthy eating habits, good sleep patterns and all while trying to stay awake after zero nights sleep.
But don't fear mamas - you are not alone with all of this.
We have put together a super helpful (totally FREE) morning for you and your bub to attend in Dundrum Town Centre this Tuesday the 24th January at 9.45 am.
It's a morning event, presented by HerFamily mum, Sophie White along with an experienced midwife and lactation consultant who will be on hand to answer questions, quash fears and generally chat about all things motherhood.
The event, on level three in the newly revamped food hall, will be packed with practical and emotional advice with tips and tricks to help empower first-time mums without the scary parts.
Pop up at 9.45 am before baby cinema for an hour to hear our real mum account of how to navigate this new stage of your life.
