We’re all for cute photos of the kids and family pets on personalised Christmas cards, but we’re not entirely sure about this one.
Michele Fiore is a politician in America who is set to run for Congress next year and has posted this, um, ‘festive’ image to her Facebook page:
The post has obviously received huge amounts of criticism from the general public as well as huge amounts of praise from supporters and members of the National Rifle Association.
In the top left corner, the picture lists the names of each of the family members along with a description of the guns that they are holding.
In what we consider to be very poor taste, the Facebook post appeared just a day after a shooting at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado.
Underneath the photo, long-time gun advocate Fiore wrote;
It’s up to Americans to protect America. We’re just your ordinary American family. With love & liberty, Michele.
We have to ask though, do the kids really have to be holding weapons too?
