Tired eyes getting you down? These DIY beauty tricks will help you look wide-eyed and bushy tailed in no time (even if you feel anything BUT).
1. Make a castor oil and banana mask for under-eye bags and dark circles. Mix one banana and one teaspoon of castor oil, then mash together well. Lie down and spread a clean muslin cloth over both eyes. Spread the banana mixture over the muslin cloth and rest for 15-20 minutes.

3. Chill metal spoons in the fridge or a bowl filled with ice, then hold the back of the spoons on your eyelids until warm.
4. Soak two teabags (black tea, chamomile or green tea) in ice cold water. Squeeze the tea bags, then place over your eyelids.
5. Cut cucumber into thin slices and chill in the fridge. Place on your eyelids until they become warm. If necessary, repeat again with freshly chilled cucumber slices.
6. Separate the yolks from two eggs beat the whites in a bowl until stiff. Apply the mixture under your eyes and leave for around 20 minutes, or until dry.
7. Peel and grate two potatoes and squeeze to get potato juice. Dip two cotton balls in the juice and place over eyes for 20-25 minutes. Remove and wash off with cold water. Or, peel, wash and cut a potato in round slices and place on your eyelids for 15-20 minutes, then wash with cold water.
