This App Helps Men to Track Their Partner’s Period (It Also Makes Us Angry)

HerFamily

A new app has hit the market and we have to say that we think it is ridiculous. (Well, that wasn’t the first word that came to mind – it was way worse and was preceded by a swear word or two.)

The Fredrick App is an iPhone app aimed at men and it tells them when their girlfriend or wife is on their period.

Now we’d understand if it was because they were trying for a baby and he wanted to track their ovulation or if they wanted to make sure there was enough chocolate in the house.

But no, it is to warn them if their other half could be hormonal and how likely he is to get “grief.”

All he has to do is input when she starts her period and then the app works out the cycle and tracks her mood.

Even if one does tend to be a little irritable at that time of the month, it’s usually for a good reason and the male of the species will never understand.

If you do suffer from bad cramps when your period comes around, maybe try out these foods. If you see Himself download the Fredrick App, we’d advise throwing one of the below at him:

  • A box of tampons
  • His phone
  • A hot water bottle
  • A pillow
  • A bar of chocolate (although make sure you get it back)
