Keeping tabs on all the nutrients women are suppose to consume when they are trying for a baby can pretty much feel like a full-time job.
However, what if there was a smoothie you could whip up in your blender every morning that was so chock-a-block with good-for-you nutrients it would actually increase your fertility and chances of getting pregnant quicker?

Say hello to this fertility experts' Peaches and Green fertility smoothie – a high protein drink with flaxseeds and royal jelly that actually tastes really delicious.
According to chef, food blogger and creator of Fertility Food Plan, Rebecca Hyatt, this smoothie is "perfect for those looking to reach optimum fertility health."
- 2 big handfuls of spinach
- 2 peaches, pitted
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- 2 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp royal jelly powder
- 300ml nut milk
- 300ml water
- Using a high-powered blender grind all the seeds until fine.
- Then add all other ingredients and blitz for about to a minute until well blended.
- Divide between two glasses and enjoy!
