Family day outs can be great fun. The whole gang together, outside, active, with everyone enjoying themselves. They’re even better when you can bring your friends though because, let’s face it, having more adults to talk to can definitely help with the sanity.
The Fairyhouse Family Fun Raceday takes place on the Tuesday after Easter and is the culmination of their three-day Easter Festival. There’s loads going on, with different things for everyone to enjoy. There’ll be top tier races for the mums and dads and simply oodles of activities for kids all around the place.
There will be bouncy castles, face painting, balloon modelling, pony rides, various fun games, a kids club, and even a cartoon workshop with cartoonist Darren Birdie. They’ll be more than tired out by the end of the day (three cheers for an easy bedtime!).
Let the little ones run around the place for a while, everyone grab a bite to eat, and then spend a bit of time with your friends while all the kids enjoy themselves at the Front Runners kids club.
Kids under 16 go free so the five tickets are yours to share out among partners and friends as you like. Get a little group going – the kids will have friends to play with and so will you! It’s a win win!
