Is there anything better than a gorgeous Guacamole? Zingy, healthy and full of natural, fresh ingredients, this is a fail-safe crowd-pleaser. Choc-full of fill-you-up protein too, so this is a brilliant choice if yore being ‘good’ plus it’s brilliant for your skin.
Ingredients:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 ripe avocados
- juice of 2 limes
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 red chilli
- 1/4 of a red onion
- fresh coriander
- 3/4 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
- Chop up 4 cloves of garlic
- Dice up 4 ripe avocados into cubes
- Add the juice of two limes
- Add half a teaspoon of salt
- Add 3/4 teaspoon of cumin
- Mash all these ingredients up with a fork until chunky.
- Add 1/4 of a red onion and some coriander
- Add tomatoes, 1/4 of a chilli if desired
