So, while scrolling through the Penneys Instagram on this miserable Monday morning, we stumbled upon something that we need in the next few months.
Assuming we get the weather we're praying for. Or the holiday of our dreams.
We know it's only February, but we're dreaming of summer already (could you blame us?)

And the best part? Well, sure they're an absolute bargain and a half?!

On instagram, Penneys posted a snap of the shorts in four colours, along with some sunglasses, and captioned it:
