“Coleen has nothing to add.”
Coleen Rooney has responded to Rebekah Vardy’s emotive Loose Women interview in which she detailed her struggle following the Wagatha Christie scandal.
Coleen had accused Rebekah of selling stories from her personal Instagram Story last year, sharing an intense and pointed statement ending with the iconic words: “It’s…….. Rebekah Vardy’s account.”
Rebekah criticised Coleen’s actions at the time, and has since said that she was hospitalised with severe anxiety following the scandal.
“The trolling was the worst part for me and my family,” she said. “This was a whole new level. I had people messaging me saying nasty stuff.
“I ended up with server anxiety attacks, I ended up in hospital three times. I ended up with kidney stones.”
Coleen has since said that she has nothing else to add to the saga and remains confident in her legal team going forward.

“Coleen has nothing to add to what she has already said,” read a statement issued via her representative.
“She remains confident in the legal process and sees no reason to take the numerous opportunities that have been offered to engage in further public debate on this matter.”
Rebekah said yesterday that her entire family was affected by Coleen’s accusation, which she has consistently denied.
“I had severe anxiety, I felt like I couldn’t go out without people just looking at me and questioning, ‘Did she do it? Did she not do it?'” she said.
“Megan [her daughter] found it really difficult. There are people finding out what her Instagram account was and sending her horrible messages.
“No one would ever say anything to your face and that’s the whole thing with trolling. They won’t say it to your face.”
