We tested Meghan Markle’s fav skincare product(and it’s great)

Complexion perfection for just €35.

Whether she is trotting around on the set of Suits (well, before she quit, that is) or greeting the press with her prince, there is no denying that Meghan Markle looks all sorts of glowing.

The 37-year-old is both a fan of yoga (with a yoga instructor mum she probably didn’t have much choice about that one) and clean eating, which no doubt help her skin look so luminous, but according to Vogue, there is one product Markle relies on too, to keep her complexion look flawless and youthful.

“I prep her face skin with a generous coat of the Decleor Aromessence Rose D’ Orient Soothing Oil Serum,” reveals Markle’s make-up artist, Min Min Ma, when asked what products she uses on the Suits actress to get her on-screen glow.

And Markle is not the only super-fan of this cult French skincare brand, with Jennifer Aniston, Carrie Underwood, Katie Holmes, Leighton Meester and Taylor Swift all reported to use it regularly too.

Having tested the Aromessence Rose D’Orient Soothing Serum over the last couple of weeks, we can now completly understand why Megham loves it so much. For starters, it is choc-a-block with pure and natural essential oils like Roman Chamomile, Neroli, Damask Rose, Petit Grain and Blackcurrant Seed, and is therefore ultra-gentle on the skin.

Secondly it, despite being an oil, is very non-greasy, and perfect for everyday use. It will also blend seamlessly with whatever other skincare- and beauty products you are applying.

Personally, despite being fine most of the year, my skin always gets a little dry in the winter, and tends to be super-sensitive to both changes in temeprature and also anything I put on it, but with this oil, it reallty helped soothe my skin back to normal, and had made it feel smooth, supple and so, so soft. I also love the clean, subtle scent of it, making me feel a little like I am having a spa treatment every morning.

I think if you are suffering from sensitive skin in general, this oil is pretty much a godsend, and now I can’t stop recommending it to anyone who will listen.

Fancy testing it for yourself? DecleorAromessence Rose D’Orient Soothing Serum will set you back approximately €35,50 and can be bought here.
