So how does it work? Using a hand held controller that is attached to a two-part garment, Innovotherapy sends targeted impulses through two pads attached to your upper thigh and buttocks to activate all the muscles of the pelvic floor.
With 180 perfect contractions per session, the Innovo essentially does your pelvic floor exercises for you.
So far, so fun - and the reviews are good: 93 per cent of women reported significant improvements after four weeks, 86 per cent said they were 'dry or near dry' after 12 weeks.

So what's the catch? It seems there is none, although the device isn't cheap at €315. If your confidence and lifestyle is severely affected by incontinence however, it could be a small price to pay.
