Dairy-Free Ben & Jerry’s Could Be On The Way To Ireland

If lactose intolerance or other dietary restrictions have meant that Ben & Jerry’s delicious concoctions are off the menu, the ice cream makers have some exciting news for you. 

A line of dairy-free Ben & Jerry’s has been released in the States, and the head honchos have their eye on the Irish market as a possibility for when the line is rolled out worldwide.

Replying to an Irish fan on their Facebook page, the company said: “Our dairy free flavours are only available in the US right now. But rest assured we know a good idea when we see one! Good things come to those who wait!”

The dairy-free flavours include Chocolate Brownie, Coffee Caramel Fudge, Peanut Butter and Cookies and Chunky Monkey (banana and fudge). Each one is 100 per cent vegan (so no eggs, dairy or honey) and made using almond milk
