Eat your greens!
This, as we all know, is far easier said than done when it comes to kids.
However, if there is one thing I feel passionate about as a mum, it is making sure my children eat healthy, and that they build a good, happy relationship with food.
And so what does this mean? It means that I got to get a little creative in the ways I serve up veggies (and sometimes resort to out and out hiding vegetables into food too – no shame!).
And right now, these are ten dishes that I am currently doing on repeat in our house, sometimes serves as side dishes alongside something else, other times they are pretty much the main event – or I’ll mix it up, and just make two or three side dishes instead of one big dinner.
Either way, my kids are eating more vegetables, really, what more could you want?
