Irish photographer and influencer Lili Forberg is no stranger to food. We’re all glued to her weekly recipe videos on Instagram and with restauranteur hubby Ian and her son, baking whiz Leon all living under one roof, a family foodie business was somewhat inevitable.

It’s safe to say, popsicles are having a bit of a moment. Pinterest is awash with colourful creations in a thousand juicy combinations.
The special thing about Kahuna Pops is that they’re completely nasty-free, made only from fresh fruit, organic milk and pure maple syrup – yum!

The inspiration for the business came the way most good ideas do – in a flash of inspiration when you’re doing something completely unrelated. “I was swimming in the sea, and I had a mad idea. Buy a bashed up little van, do a Macgyver on it and launch a popsicle business, So that’s what I did.”
