Such a simple way to get rid of worries.

A lot of children have anxiety on their first day at school.

It can be anything from separation anxiety to concerns about making friends and fitting in.

This Irish company came up with an idea to help get your child get through their first day of school with something as simple as a keychain and I absolutely love it.

The ‘No More Worries’ kit from the Irish Fairy Door Company contains everything your child needs to get them through this milestone occasion.

The kit includes a portable version of the popular ‘No More Worries’ plaque which they use simply by placing their thumb on the plaque whenever they feel nervous.

“When it glows red, the fairies are listening. When it turns green, you know they have taken your worry away!”

The kit is €19.99 and also includes conversation cards which help your child open up a conversation about what is worrying them plus a feelings journal where they can express their emotions freely.

The batteries, unlike in a lot of things aimed at children, are actually included so no running to the shop like a lunatic trying to find some at the last minute.

In my house, I think when it comes to my son going back to school I’m always more nervous than he is.

Could I stick it on my bag?

This super handy keychain kit is available from the Irish Fairy Door Company’s website and is a great gift for any child starting or returning to school this September.
