InStyle, the 44-year-old is a die-hard fan of good, old Epsom salt baths.
Yet to try one? You need to get yourself to
Boots (or your local health food shop) and get some salts, then lock yourself in the bathroom this evening for a very beautifying bath experience.
All you need to do is add two cups of Epsom salt to your bath, let it dissolve and then relax in your tub for about 15 minutes. This will give the salt enough time to work its magic and will allow the magnesium to soak into your pores.
What is so special about Epsom salt baths I hear you say? Well, for starters, it is said to both relax tired muscles, help with stiff joints and aid with digestion; all good things, in other words.
But on top of that, it can also apparently help to reduce water retention and tummy bloating, reduce swelling, relieve stress, improve circulation, soften skin and maybe even reduce the look of wrinkles.
