no-bake sweet treats

Sometimes, all you want is a little something crunchy or sweet – or both – to chew on – but you also want it to be healthy-ish.

If this sounds all sorts of familiar to you, we got you, ladies.

Below are three could-not-be-easier-to-make treats that are also, in fact, good for you. And the kids. Which is a win-win, if you ask us.

Sometimes dreams really do come true, it seems, so go ahead; have your (super healthy) cake and eat it too.

1. No-Bake Granola Bars

This snack is not only seriously tasty, it also has real staying power as far as energy is concerned. The best bit? They could not be easier to throw together and will last for days in the fridge. Win-win.

2. Raw Cashew and Vanilla Bites

Think almond flour, blended cashew nuts and desiccated coconut. These are so easy to make and so more-ish you should just save yourself the trouble and make a double batch straight away.

3. Healthy Cake Batter Reeses

Looking at these, it is hard to think they are – as far as treats go – pretty healthy. But they really are! Choc-a-block with things like coconut flour, cashew butter and cocoa powder; these are the perfect thing for when you just need something sweet to sink your teeth into.
