Flourless Peanut Butter Mug Cake
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoon peanut butter (creamy)
- 3 teaspoons white granulated sugar
- 1 egg
Directions:
Whisk all the ingredients together in a large, microwave-safe mug, ensuring that all the egg is well combined. Microwave on the high setting for about one minute, until risen and set. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before diving in.
