We didn’t think it was possible to improve on the frying-pan method of scrambled egg making. Then we discovered this simple but life-changing technique.

Stirring your mixture this way results in the FLUFFIEST scrambled eggs your breakfast table has ever seen.

All you need is the usual stuff (that’s eggs, butter, a frying pan and a spatula, for the uninitiated) and a little finesse to vastly improve on this protein-packed, hunger-busting favourite. The trick lies in gently moving the egg to the middle of the pan as it firms up.
