This incredibly quick-to-make and totally low-cost face mask will make your skin feel both refreshed and soothed.
All you need is some Greek yogurt and a probiotic capsule. (Note: the probiotic can even be optional, since the yogurt alone is still very effective). Greek yogurt contains lactose enzymes, which dissolve dirt and nourish your skin. This means it works like a cleanser while the probiotic invigorates your skin leaving it with a lovely glow. This combination also helps to reduce redness and calm breakouts. Perfect, in other words.
What You Need:
Cotton balls
Probiotic capsule
Cold, plain Greek yogurt
How You Do It:
To make the mask, simply split open the probiotic capsule and mix it into 3 or 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt. Using a cotton ball, apply the mixture to your face in an even layer. Let the mask set for 10 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a towel.
