The issue isn't expected to be fixed until at least mid-afternoon. Another fault caused a black-out in 93 more homes in Malahide but that's since been repaired and power has been restored. Meanwhile, up to 134 homes in Dun Laoghaire are without electricity this morning, though they're expected to have it back later this morning. The ESB had warned customers earlier in the week that the forecasted weather could impact on supplies. Conditions are expected to worsen overnight meaning that repairs to any further faults are likely to be delayed.Portmarnock without power!?? no Electricity

We are expecting power outages during #StormEmma we will have updates on https://t.co/VMtxFrW7FY but our crews will be very limited in what they can do during the Red alert. Please only ring us to report emergency situations e.g lines down damaged Network #staysafe
