WATCH: Powering Kindness In Action At HerFamily HQ!

HerFamily

Electric Ireland’s Powering Kindness Week has been taking over social media in Ireland this week, with everyone from George Hook and Laura Whitmore to Ronan Keating and Amy Huberman getting involved.

This year the campaign will be donating a massive €130,000 to three extremely worthy causes; ChildlineThe Marie Keating Foundation and The Irish Heart Foundation. Every deed logged makes a huge difference to the charities, and tomorrow (23 January) is your last chance to get involved.

To take part, simply tell the world about your act of kindness on social media using the #PoweringKindness and tag either @ISPCCChildline, @MarieKeating, @IrishHeart_ie. The organisation with the most kindness done in their name will receive the largest portion of the €130,000 prize fund.

As you know, the HerFamily team has partnered with the wonderful folks at Childline to power kindness for the children’s charity – we’ve absolutely loved being involved in this fantastic intiative, and we’ve been calling on our readers all week to make sure that Childline gets the biggest share of Electric Ireland’s €130,000 donation.

Take a look below at some of the wonderful acts of kindness that have been going on throughout the week in HerFamily HQ – all logged on behalf of Childline, of course. Enjoy!

To get involved, tell us about your act of kindness on social media using #poweringkindness and tag @ISPCCChildline or go to www.poweringkindness.ie – make sure to include a photo or video of your kindness if you can. The charity with the most kindness done in their name will win the largest share of the €130,000 prizefund. Let’s make sure it’s Childline!
