Mum accused of photoshopping her four-year-old daughter’s body

She was branded "repulsive".

A mum has been labeled "repulsive" after she was accused of photoshopping a photo of her four-year-old daughter - where social media users claimed she made her bum look bigger. Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kim Zolciak-Biermann faced the accusations after she shared a photo of her twins, Kaia and Kane. The seemingly sweet post also included a video of the two children, and a photo of Kaia giving her brother a kiss on the cheek. She wrote alongside it:

They claimed that she had made her daughter's nose smaller and her bum bigger. Zolciak-Biermann's initial post has gotten more than 1,500 comments, with some people claiming she had changed her daughter's appearance and  branding her "sick" and "repulsive".
