I can’t believe how accurate this is!
It can be hard to know how much to feed your child, especially when you’re weaning them onto their first foods.
Recently I found this guide which will help you figure out how much food your child is going to require at each stage of their development and I’ve got to say, as a mother of two the last three are spot on!
Scaringly accurate right?
The post shows the realities of trying to keep your kids fed once they’re over a year old or you know on lockdown.
Both of my children are eating me out of house and home at the moment and I’m sure I’m not the only parent finding the food doesn’t quite last as long since quarantine started.
My children seem to literally hang around waiting for me to unload the shopping and then systematically eats everything in the fridge and press one at a time.
Cheesestrings and yoghurts last exactly five minutes in our house.
Keeping food in the house can feel like a never-ending process sometimes and I honestly don’t know how mums with large families do it!
Between my two kids and husband, I barely get a look in when it comes to snacks and between that and running after my daughter who seems to crawl towards every danger possible, it’s no wonder I lost the post-pregnancy weight.
What do you think?
Is this chart accurate and do your children make it next to impossible to keep the fridge stocked?
