We love the summer but it’s always a killer for the eyes.
With increased pollen on the one hand and more playing outside in the dust and dirt on the other, the kids are frequently looking pretty red-eyed by the end of the day.
Then, of course, because their eyes are irritating, they rub them and it becomes a whole vicious circle.
What we needed to combat this was something easy that we could carry around and apply wherever and whenever we needed it. Preservatives were also a no-no because you know how sensitive children’s skin can be. You lightly touch it and there’s a rash there the next day.
