Introducing the HerFamily.ie 30-Day Bikini Blitz: Who’s with us?

It’s the time of year when most of us are dreaming of holidays, but if you’re not comfortable in your own skin, the impending summer can also bring a hefty helping of dread.

This year however, we say NO MORE to the crash diets and starvation plans of yesteryear. The HerFamily.ie team are joining forces with fitness expert Gillian Hynes of Body Project to make sure we (and you) feel like the best version of yourself when you hit the beach… and that means STRONG, HEALTHY and FIT.

While our aim is to give you more energy and a more toned body, whatever your weight, according to Gillian, you could lose up to 14lbs over 30 days (not to be sniffed at).

Gillian has come up with an exclusive 30-Day Plan, complete with a full menu, video exercise tutorials to use in the comfort and privacy of your own living room and plenty of motivational advice. What’s more? We’ll be offering the entire package to you, completely free of charge!

As if that wasn’t sound enough, the HerFamily.ie team will be doing the plan with you, live blogging our experiences (cravings, aches and pains) daily (we promise to divulge EVERYTHING).
