Leftover selection box chocolate? Here’s how to turn it all into tasty chocolate cups

selection boxes

So simple.

So delish.

It was Christmas recently. That means that a few things are an inevitability.

You’re probably exhausted from all of the excitement, the kids have eaten their weights in chocolate, and you have incredible plans to not leave the house ever again.

Oh, and there’s selection boxes everywhere.

Like, everywhere. Like, you can’t move for chocolate and sweets.

And although having the odd bar every now and again is absolutely grand, you probably don’t want the kids to be stuffing their faces with them for the next two weeks.

So, in order to get rid of all that extra chocolate a little faster (without wasting it) why not create some nice little easy-to-make chocolate cups that you can serve when there’s friends over.

Everyone’s happy.

The cups are super easy to make too – all you need to do is melt all of the chocolate, and then line some silicone cupcake liners with it.

Pop them in the fridge for about 10 minutes, then repeat a few more times, until the cups are thick and hard enough to hold and eat.

Fill with cream, yogurt, fruit, marshmallows (whatever you want, really) – and serve.

Definitely a fancier treat than standard chocolate bars – and one that everyone can enjoy.
