Mango and Mint Frozen Yogurt recipe that’ll make you think you’re on vacation

Melissa Carton

This sounds delicious.

Looking for something different and healthy to get you through the mid week slump?

This delicious frozen yogurt recipe not only packed full of healthy fruit and yogurt, but is so fruity and refreshing you’ll feel like you’re on a tropical island somewhere (don’t we just wish?).

Add to that it will take you less than few minutes to make and it really is the best mid-week treat.

To recreate this delicious and healthy recipe for yourself at home you will need;

2 x 400g packs Ready to Eat Fresh Mango Chunks
500g Duneen Dairy Authentically Strained Greek Style Yogurt
10g Fresh Mint

(You’ll be able to get these ingredients in your local supermarket like Aldi)

To start off you’ll need to finely chop the mint.
Then put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour the purée into a freezer-proof bowl.
Freeze for about 80 minutes until semi-hard and serve.
If it’s been in the freezer a long time, allow it to thaw for 15 minutes before serving.

If you want to make it with a little more punch, you could add a splash of rum into the recipe to turn it into a mango mojito frozen yogurt.

Then all you have to do is serve it up and enjoy!
