#entertainingathome: DAS Academy is running online dance classes for kids

Melissa Carton

A great way to keep the kids active at home.

With the news that schools won’t be reopening until September or October many of us are looking for new and interesting ways to keep them entertained over the next couple of months.

Usually during the summer there are lots of kids camps and summer projects for children to attend but as it’s unlikely activities like that will be going ahead this year, these online classes could be the perfect solution.

DAS academy (short for Dance Act Sing) will be hosting their classes online for the foreseeable future and there’s something for children of all ages.

The classes are catered for children aged between four years of age all the way up to teenagers, so whether the kids are missing creche or secondary school, there’s an activity for everyone.

Founded in 2011 Das Academy aims to build children and teen’s confidence and provide them with training in dance, acting and singing in a fun environment.

Don’t worry if your child has never taken part in any of DAS Academy’s classes before as the online classes are open to everyone, with newcomers welcome.

“DAS went LIVE last week and it was so much fun. Looking forward to doing it all again this week.
Do you want to join our DAS ONLINE classes? Classes open to EVERYONE. Past, Present and future students.”

If you would like to sign your child up for DAS Academy’s online classes you can do so by contacting DAS Academy at E: dasacademy@eircom.net or by calling 0863266146.
